1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any service provided by Supplyra Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
2. Scope of Services
Supplyra Shipping provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:
Shipping route: USA to Jamaica
Air freight/sea freight
Assisted with online shopping and payment services
Warehousing and package handling
Pickup/drop-off / mobile delivery options
Delivery via third-party courier services, where applicable
Supplyra Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
3. Shipping Schedule
Supplyra Shipping ships approximately 3 times per week. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Service Areas
Supplyra Shipping services the following locations:
Island wide
Delivery may be facilitated through third-party couriers at the customer’s expense.
5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Supplyra Shipping assumes [zero / limited] liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility, where applicable, begins [when the package reaches the warehouse / at pickup] and ends once the package is handed over to third-party carriers, customs authorities, or delivery partners.
Supplyra Shipping is not responsible for:
Vendor errors
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our warehouse
Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties
Third-party deliveries
In circumstances where delivery of shipments is to be accepted or handed off by/to a third-party operator, it is expressly agreed that the customer will undertake all liability or claim in relation to the shipment with the third-party agent or company. The customer agrees to indemnify Supplyra Shipping of any liability once proof of handover is presented to the client. Proof of hand-over may be but is not limited to, external tracking numbers, warehouse slips or receipts, invoices, or booking tickets. Ship to Sure or the company is not responsible for any third-party company policy and all queries related to hand-over or dropped off shipments should be diverted to the third party's helpline or support channels.
6. Packaging & Fragile Items
Supplyra Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with local and international laws.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. Supplyra Shipping assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties. Such items should not be shipped or delivered to our overseas warehouse and can be found at the following link:

8. Customs, Duties & Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government fees.
Supplyra Shipping assumes no liability for delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
9. Assisted Online Shopping Services
For assisted online shopping services:
Full payment must be deposited in advance
Customers must confirm item details before purchase
Payments may be non-refundable once purchase is made
Supplyra Shipping is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues
All refund or exchange matters remain between the customer and the vendor.
10. Payments
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
Cash
All payments must be settled in full before processing. Payments are non-refundable once service or shipment processing begins.
Clearance Fees
Supplyra Shipping reserves the right to review and implement new rate adjustments and fees as it pertains to the service and product offerings. We will make all changes public via email to our users, social media, in-store memos, and advertisements. Please ensure to review or confirm current rates before utilizing our services. Supplyra Shipping is not responsible for any loss resulting in customer decisions based on inaccurate information.
We charge clearance fees on each shipment (individualized) this clearance fee is designed to encompass the total charges expected to be paid by the client or user-specific to the importation of the shipment.
• Processing fees are charged on a per shipment basis and are standardized based on the accepted or reasonable value of the shipment.
11. Claims & Complaints
All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 24 hours of notification or receipt.
Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs, may be required.
WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.
12. Storage & Uncollected Packages
Packages not collected within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification may incur storage fees of $100 per day.
For example, if a user has multiple shipments in the local warehouse, storage is started 14 days after being marked "available for pickup. So more than one package may have different storage fees associated with it, based on these dates being different.
Supplyra Shipping provides warehouse servicing, in the interim, for clients who use the service. The imported items are stored in the company's many offices and warehouses in anticipation of the timely pick up by the importer (consignee/customer), it is agreed that the user or client will incur and accept storage charges relating to the storing and processing of said imported shipments. These storage fees will be applied on a per-package/shipment basis and cannot be waived; they encourage the timely pickup of shipments from our locations. Email, push notifications, and reminders will be sent to registered and verified emails on file, stipulating charges and availability of a shipment for "pick-up" or delivery in certain instances.
Storage is charged 14 days after availability for pick-up correspondence or status change in-app or online portal to the customer or client. Thereafter, the company will apply at its discretion and governance of internal policies storage fees on a daily accrued basis. The minimum charge is one day and there are no charges relating to storage fees per hour or fraction of a day. The company will cap storage charges per shipment to a maximum charge of 30 days, after which, disposal procedures may begin.
Packages uncollected after 30 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.
13. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, where applicable. Cancellation fees may apply. Supplyra Shipping reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.
14. Amendments
Supplyra Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
15. Subscription Plans
Monthly/Annual Plans: Signature flat-rate pricing for unlimited shipments within defined weight and size limits. Designed for individuals shipping up to 15 lbs per package and businesses handling shipments of 20 lbs or more.

1. Supplyra Signature— 10 Packages $USD 180 /Month
