This plan allows up to 20 packages per month, with each package weighing up to 7 lbs. The Supplyra Max Plan is priced at $880 USD per month and is ideal for high-volume shippers. This plan includes up to 30 packages per month, with each package weighing up to 10 lbs. The Supplyra Prime Plan is priced at $770 USD per month and is designed as a family or shared plan for up to four members. This plan includes up to 40 packages per month, with each package weighing up to 6 lbs. The Supplyra Ultimate Plan is priced at $1300 USD per month and is built for maximum volume and efficiency. This plan includes up to 45 packages per month, with each package weighing up to 10 lbs.

We have shipments thrice per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Packages are ready for pickup the day after the shipment arrives.
Some items are restricted or prohibited, including hazardous materials, firearms, illegal substances, and certain liquids or batteries. Customers are advised to check with us before purchasing or shipping restricted items.
Yes. An invoice or proof of purchase helps with customs processing and accurate duty assessment. If you don’t have one, please let us know before your package arrives.
Yes, some packages may attract additional fees depending on their value, size, or type: Customs Duty: Orders with a value over $100 USD may incur duty charges as assessed by Jamaica Customs. A $7 USD processing fee will also apply. Oversize Items: Packages with a dimensional weight over 55 lbs or larger than 60 inches will incur a $10 USD oversize fee. Televisions: A $45 USD packaging fee applies for TVs (plus weight charges). This fee may be waived upon request, however, items shipped without packaging will not be covered for damage.
Delivery rates vary based on your location and payment method. Deliveries to Kingston are charged at $800 JMD and are available for drop-off only with online payment. Deliveries to Portmore cost $800 JMD for drop-off with online payment or $900 JMD if payment is made upon delivery. Deliveries to Spanish Town are charged at $1,000 JMD for drop-off with online payment or $1,100 JMD for payment upon delivery. For all other parishes, delivery is available at a rate of $1,250 JMD for drop-off with online payment or $1,350 JMD for payment upon delivery. Please note that packages exceeding 10 pounds will attract an additional fee of $50 JMD per pound over the 10-pound limit. Delivery availability may vary based on schedule and location, and all rates are subject to change without notice.

Yes definitely, you can just provide them with your delivery address along with your name in the same format presented on your dashboard. Invoice must still be submitted.
